DRIVO Country Partner Program
Build DRIVO in your country.
DRIVO connects travellers with trusted local rental agencies through a modern European car-rental marketplace. We are opening selected markets to experienced local partners ready to build and grow the network.
A European platform. A local advantage. One market to build.

The opportunity
The next generation of car rental is connected.
Travellers want a simple way to find and book a quality rental car. Local agencies want more customers, better technology and broader digital reach.
DRIVO connects both sides through one marketplace.
As a Country Partner, you build that marketplace locally — bringing rental agencies, customers and strategic partners into the DRIVO ecosystem.
The market
Great local rental companies should not have to stay local.
Independent rental agencies often know their market better than anyone. What they tend to lack is the digital infrastructure and distribution to reach the customers already looking for them.
01
Fragmented
Local rental supply sits scattered across individual companies, one-off websites and manual booking by phone and email.
02
Limited reach
A strong local operator can struggle to reach international travellers, corporate accounts and new customer segments.
03
Technology gap
Customers now expect an instant digital booking experience. Many independent operators need better infrastructure to deliver one.
The DRIVO model
You know the market. DRIVO provides the infrastructure.
Building a country-level mobility marketplace takes more than software.
It takes local relationships, market knowledge, commercial execution and a platform that already works.
That is the split. We bring the second half. The Country Partner brings the first.
Why DRIVO
Start with infrastructure. Build with local knowledge.
A real platform
Build on a marketplace that already takes bookings, rather than spending your first year and your first budget on a technology layer.
A marketplace model
Connect local rental companies with travellers through one digital ecosystem instead of one more standalone rental brand.
Modern technology
Local agencies get digital tools built around bookings, fleet and day-to-day operations — the reason they join you.
Local market advantage
Your relationships and your read on the market are not a nice-to-have here. They are the part of the model that cannot be bought.
Built to scale
Add agencies, cities, partnerships and acquisition channels as the market develops, on infrastructure that does not need rebuilding.
Central support
Work with the DRIVO team as the platform and product keep developing, instead of maintaining a codebase you now own.
Your market
You are not launching a service. You are building a network.
The Country Partner establishes DRIVO as a trusted marketplace in the local market. In practice, that is four jobs.
Build
Recruit and activate quality rental agencies across your market.
Connect
Create relationships with tourism, hospitality, mobility and corporate partners.
Grow
Develop the local customer acquisition channels that bring demand to the network.
Lead
Act as the local operator accountable for how the market develops.
The partnership
Local execution is your advantage.
Your role
- Develop the local agency network
- Identify and qualify rental partners
- Build strategic relationships
- Develop local acquisition channels
- Represent DRIVO in your market

DRIVO provides
The exact responsibilities, territory and commercial terms are defined during the partnership process — not on this page.
The business model
Build the network. Participate in the growth.
DRIVO operates as a marketplace connecting customers and rental providers.
The Country Partner develops the local supply network, creates demand and establishes strategic partnerships.
Commercial structures are set according to the market, the territory and the final partnership agreement.
Where the value comes from
- 01Customer bookings across the local network
- 02Marketplace transactions with rental agencies
- 03Corporate and business-travel accounts
- 04Tourism, hospitality and mobility partnerships
- 05Additional services where the market supports them
Partnership structure
Defined by market
Shaped around local conditions, not a fixed template.
Territory
Subject to availability
Confirmed only through evaluation and approval.
Commercial model
Country-specific
Set against the market, not applied uniformly.
Agreement
Defined in the process
Terms and length are agreed before anything is signed.
We do not publish fees, revenue shares or projected returns, because they are decided per market and we will not print a number we have not agreed with you. Qualified applicants receive the relevant commercial information during the partnership process.

Who we are looking for
This opportunity needs an operator, not an idea.
We are looking for partners who understand their market, can build relationships, and have the resources to execute over more than one quarter.
You may be a strong fit if you
- Have business or entrepreneurial experience
- Understand the local mobility market
- Have strong commercial relationships
- Can build and manage a local team
- Have access to rental or mobility networks
- Have the resources to develop the market
- Think in terms of long-term market building
Market availability
Your country could be the next DRIVO market.
We evaluate new markets on demand, local supply, tourism, mobility potential and — above all — the capability of the partner in front of us.
The signals that make a market work
Country availability is subject to market evaluation and territory approval.
Check country availabilityBuild the market
Do not just rent cars. Build the network that moves your market.
DRIVO gives you the platform. Your local knowledge gives you the advantage. Together the opportunity is a connected marketplace for travellers, agencies and mobility partners in your country.
Applications are reviewed individually.
Proof from the platform
Built around the people who operate the market.
We do not have Country Partner testimonials, because the programme is opening now. So instead of quotes we cannot stand behind, here is what the platform already does.
A live marketplace
DRIVO serves 9 markets today, with travellers booking directly from independent agencies.
Independent agencies
The supply side is local rental companies — the exact businesses a Country Partner recruits.
Payments infrastructure
Card payments run through Stripe, so the money rail is not something a partner has to build.
Multilingual by default
The marketplace already speaks the languages of the markets it serves.
No fabricated partners, no invented figures, no borrowed logos. When there is a Country Partner to quote, they will be quoted by name and clearly identified as one.
Questions
What operators ask before they apply.
What is a DRIVO Country Partnership?
It gives an approved local operator the opportunity to develop the DRIVO marketplace in a selected market, subject to territory availability and a formal partnership agreement.
Is the territory exclusive?
Exclusivity depends on the market, the partnership structure and the final agreement. Territory availability and conditions are confirmed during the approval process — we do not promise exclusivity on a landing page.
Which countries are available?
We evaluate markets individually, and availability changes as territories develop. Applicants receive the current position for their market from the DRIVO team.
How much does the partnership cost?
Commercial terms depend on the market, the territory and the partnership structure. Qualified applicants receive the relevant commercial information during the partnership process. We deliberately do not publish a figure that has not been agreed with you.
Do I need experience in car rental?
Direct rental experience helps, but it is not the only factor. Business experience, local relationships, market knowledge and the ability to execute matter just as much.
Do I need an existing company?
An existing operating business can be an advantage. The right structure depends on the market and the partnership arrangement.
What does DRIVO provide?
The platform, the brand, the marketplace technology, the payment infrastructure and central technical and operational support needed to develop the market.
What am I responsible for?
Local market development: agency relationships, strategic partnerships, customer acquisition and day-to-day market execution.
How do we make money?
The commercial model is based on the DRIVO marketplace and is structured in the specific country partnership agreement. The economics are discussed with qualified applicants, not published.
How long does launch take?
It depends on market readiness, partner onboarding, operational setup and the agreed launch plan. The first-90-days section above shows the shape of the work.
Can an existing rental company apply?
Yes. Existing rental and mobility operators are often strong candidates, provided they want to develop the wider market rather than only their own fleet.
Can I operate more than one country?
Multi-market arrangements may be considered for qualified operators, depending on territory availability and performance in the first market.
Is this a franchise or a partnership?
The structure is agreed per market. Whichever form it takes, the substance is the same: DRIVO brings the platform and the brand, you bring local execution.
What happens after I apply?
Your application is read first. If there is a potential fit, the DRIVO team contacts you to discuss the market, your capabilities and the next step. Submitting an application does not reserve a territory.
Ready to explore the opportunity?
Your market. Your network. DRIVO infrastructure.
Tell us about yourself, your business and the market you want to develop.
Step 1 of 4
Applications are reviewed individually. Submitting one does not guarantee territory approval.
Selected markets
Your country could be the next DRIVO market.
We are selecting qualified partners to lead DRIVO’s expansion into new markets. If that is the market you know best, tell us about it.
Applications are reviewed individually. Territory availability is limited and subject to approval.
