What does it cost to join?+
Nothing to list. There is no signup fee, no monthly fee and no per-vehicle fee. DRIVO earns a flat 10% commission only when a booking is completed and paid — if you don’t earn, neither do we.
When and how do I get paid?+
Connect a Stripe Express account from your dashboard in a couple of minutes. The customer pays upfront at booking; after each completed rental your 90% payout is transferred to your bank automatically, typically within 2–7 business days.
Do I keep control of my pricing?+
Completely. You set the daily rate for every vehicle and can change it anytime from the fleet page. DRIVO never discounts your cars without your say-so.
How long does verification take?+
We review new agency applications within 24 hours on business days. You’ll get an email the moment your account is approved and you can go live.
What if a customer cancels?+
Cancellations more than 48 hours before pick-up are refunded to the customer. For late cancellations you can set a fee under our cancellation policy, so your time is protected.
Can I still take my own walk-in bookings?+
Yes. DRIVO is an extra channel, not a cage. Block dates for offline rentals anytime and the calendar keeps everything in sync so you never double-book a car.
