Is there a monthly subscription fee for agencies?+
No. DRIVO is completely free to list on. We earn a 15% commission only when a booking is completed and paid. There are no setup fees, monthly fees, or hidden charges.
When do agencies receive their payout?+
Payouts are sent automatically via Stripe within 2–7 business days after the rental is marked as completed. You need to connect a Stripe Express account to receive payouts.
What does the 15% commission cover?+
Platform hosting, payment processing (Stripe fees), customer support, fraud protection, and the cost of bringing customers to your listing.
Are there any booking fees for customers?+
No. Customers pay exactly the price shown on the listing. DRIVO's commission is deducted from the agency payout, never added to the customer's bill.
Can the commission rate change?+
The current standard rate is 15%. Any rate changes would be communicated to partner agencies at least 30 days in advance.
What currencies are supported?+
DRIVO supports EUR, GBP, MAD, TND, and other major currencies. Agencies set prices in their preferred currency.
