DRIVO Country Partner Program

Build DRIVO in your country.

DRIVO connects travellers with trusted local rental agencies through a modern European car-rental marketplace. We are opening selected markets to experienced local partners ready to build and grow the network.

The opportunity

The next generation of car rental is connected.

Travellers want a simple way to find and book a quality rental car. Local agencies want more customers, better technology and broader digital reach.

DRIVO connects both sides through one marketplace.

As a Country Partner, you build that marketplace locally — bringing rental agencies, customers and strategic partners into the DRIVO ecosystem.

The market

Great local rental companies should not have to stay local.

Independent rental agencies often know their market better than anyone. What they tend to lack is the digital infrastructure and distribution to reach the customers already looking for them.

01

Fragmented

Local rental supply sits scattered across individual companies, one-off websites and manual booking by phone and email.

02

Limited reach

A strong local operator can struggle to reach international travellers, corporate accounts and new customer segments.

03

Technology gap

Customers now expect an instant digital booking experience. Many independent operators need better infrastructure to deliver one.

The DRIVO model

You know the market. DRIVO provides the infrastructure.

Building a country-level mobility marketplace takes more than software.

It takes local relationships, market knowledge, commercial execution and a platform that already works.

That is the split. We bring the second half. The Country Partner brings the first.

Why DRIVO

Start with infrastructure. Build with local knowledge.

01

A real platform

Build on a marketplace that already takes bookings, rather than spending your first year and your first budget on a technology layer.

02

A marketplace model

Connect local rental companies with travellers through one digital ecosystem instead of one more standalone rental brand.

03

Modern technology

Local agencies get digital tools built around bookings, fleet and day-to-day operations — the reason they join you.

04

Local market advantage

Your relationships and your read on the market are not a nice-to-have here. They are the part of the model that cannot be bought.

05

Built to scale

Add agencies, cities, partnerships and acquisition channels as the market develops, on infrastructure that does not need rebuilding.

06

Central support

Work with the DRIVO team as the platform and product keep developing, instead of maintaining a codebase you now own.

Your market

You are not launching a service. You are building a network.

The Country Partner establishes DRIVO as a trusted marketplace in the local market. In practice, that is four jobs.

Build

Recruit and activate quality rental agencies across your market.

Connect

Create relationships with tourism, hospitality, mobility and corporate partners.

Grow

Develop the local customer acquisition channels that bring demand to the network.

Lead

Act as the local operator accountable for how the market develops.

The partnership

Local execution is your advantage.

Your role

  • Develop the local agency network
  • Identify and qualify rental partners
  • Build strategic relationships
  • Develop local acquisition channels
  • Represent DRIVO in your market
  • Coordinate the market launch
  • Monitor market performance
  • Drive continued expansion

Model your market

Do the arithmetic yourself.

Most opportunity pages hand you a number and ask you to believe it. This one shows its working instead. You supply the assumptions about your market — you know it better than we do — and the only two DRIVO figures it uses are the ones already published on our pricing page.

Start from

Your assumptions

8

Independent rental companies you bring onto the platform.

6

Their average fleet size — most independents run small.

€45

What a day costs the traveller in your market.

12

Utilisation. Be honest here; it moves everything else.

That is 48 vehicles at 40% utilisation. If that looks high for your market, pull the days down — the whole model moves with it.

Marketplace volume in your market

90% to you

Your side of the agreement.

The split is 90% to the country partner and 10% to DRIVO on the platform revenue your territory generates, as written into the agreement. Your monthly licence is entirely separate from it: it is not deducted from your share, and it does not change with the number of agencies you sign.

€32k/yr

Your territory licence

−€17k/yr

Share minus licence

€15k/yr

At these assumptions you need about 5 agencies before your share covers the Territory Starter licence. Below that, the line above is negative — which is what the first months of building a market actually look like.

This is revenue minus the licence, not profit. Your own costs — staff, marketing, premises, travel, local taxes — are not in it, because they are yours and we do not know them. Put them in yourself before you draw any conclusion.

Illustrative only. The figures above are your own assumptions multiplied by DRIVO’s published rates and the contracted split — not a forecast and not a promise of performance. Real results depend on your market, your execution, and your ability to sign and retain agencies.

Discuss the real numbers

The business model

Build the network. Participate in the growth.

DRIVO operates as a marketplace connecting customers and rental providers.

The Country Partner develops the local supply network, creates demand and establishes strategic partnerships.

Commercial structures are set according to the market, the territory and the final partnership agreement.

Those are the commercial terms, published rather than withheld. Where the money comes from, and where it goes

You pay a monthly licence

A fixed amount for the country rights, the platform, the training and the support. No setup fee.

02

You build the local network

Agencies subscribe monthly and travellers book through them. Both lines are priced on our public pricing page.

03

The revenue recurs

An agency that has moved its bookings onto a platform does not move them again each year. The revenue accumulates; it is not one-off.

A different way to enter the market

Why build everything from zero?

The traditional route

Build a rental business

  • Create a brand from nothing
  • Build the technology yourself
  • Find every customer alone
  • Assemble booking infrastructure

The DRIVO Country Partnership

Build the local marketplace

  • A European brand already in market
  • An existing platform
  • A marketplace model
  • Digital booking, already running
  • A pan-European ecosystem
  • Central platform, local execution

DRIVO combines central infrastructure with local execution.

Who we are looking for

This opportunity needs an operator, not an idea.

We are looking for partners who understand their market, can build relationships, and have the resources to execute over more than one quarter.

You may be a strong fit if you

  • Have business or entrepreneurial experience
  • Understand the local mobility market
  • Have strong commercial relationships
  • Can build and manage a local team
  • Have access to rental or mobility networks
  • Have the resources to develop the market
  • Think in terms of long-term market building

Market availability

Your country could be the next DRIVO market.

We evaluate new markets on demand, local supply, tourism, mobility potential and — above all — the capability of the partner in front of us.

The signals that make a market work

Meaningful tourism or business travel
Real car-rental demand
A fragmented local rental market
Independent agencies worth bringing online
Airports and destination cities
Everyday digital adoption

Country availability is subject to market evaluation and territory approval.

Check country availability

Build the market

Do not just rent cars. Build the network that moves your market.

DRIVO gives you the platform. Your local knowledge gives you the advantage. Together the opportunity is a connected marketplace for travellers, agencies and mobility partners in your country.

Applications are reviewed individually.

Proof from the platform

Built around the people who operate the market.

We do not have Country Partner testimonials, because the programme is opening now. So instead of quotes we cannot stand behind, here is what the platform already does.

A live marketplace

DRIVO serves 9 markets today, with travellers booking directly from independent agencies.

Independent agencies

The supply side is local rental companies — the exact businesses a Country Partner recruits.

Payments infrastructure

Card payments run through Stripe, so the money rail is not something a partner has to build.

Multilingual by default

The marketplace already speaks the languages of the markets it serves.

No fabricated partners, no invented figures, no borrowed logos. When there is a Country Partner to quote, they will be quoted by name and clearly identified as one.

Straight answers

What this page deliberately does not claim.

Opportunity pages are usually a wall of things that cannot be checked. Here is what we could have written, and what is actually true instead. If any of this changes your mind, it has done its job.

"Proven, profitable model — partners earning six figures."

We have no Country Partners yet. This programme is opening now, so there are no earnings to quote and no partner to introduce you to. You would be early, with everything good and bad that carries.

"Your territory is reserved — secure it today."

Exclusivity is real and contracted: one partner per country. But nothing is reserved by reading this page or sending an application. Your country may already be taken, and approval is a decision made after a conversation, not a checkout.

"Investment from €1,397 — ROI in 12 months."

The licence price is real and published above. The ROI half is not: we have no partner results to base it on, and payback depends on how fast you sign agencies in a market we have not seen. The model on this page will show you a negative year if your assumptions produce one.

"Turnkey business — we handle everything."

We handle the platform. You handle a market: recruiting agencies, building demand, local operations. That is most of the work, and it is genuinely hard.

Everything above is checkable. The platform is live — go and use it. The commission and subscription this page models are on our public pricing page. What we cannot evidence, we have not claimed.

This is probably not for you if

  • You are looking for passive income — this is an operating business, full-time for the first year
  • You want proven unit economics before you commit — we do not have partner results to show you yet
  • You need a guaranteed return, or a guarantee your country is still open, before you will talk
  • A licence from €1,397 a month before you have signed your first agency is not something you can carry
  • You have no local network in mobility, travel or automotive, and no route to building one
  • Your market has thin rental demand or almost no independent supply to organise

We would rather lose you here than eighteen months in. If that list describes you, the honest answer is no — and a page that told you otherwise would be selling.

What happens next

How your application is actually assessed.

You are about to give a company your name, your business and your market. It is reasonable to know what happens to it, so here is the whole process rather than "our team will be in touch".

01Days 1–5

We read it

A person reads your application — market, background, capability. Most of the decision is made here. If it is not a fit, you get told, rather than left waiting.

02Weeks 1–2

A conversation

A call about your market: local supply, who you already know, what you would do first. This runs both ways — bring the questions this page has not answered.

03Weeks 2–4

Market and commercial review

We look at the territory properly and put commercial terms in front of you. This is the point where the numbers this page refuses to print become concrete.

04When both sides are ready

Agreement

Terms, territory and scope in writing. Nothing before this point commits either of us to anything.

Questions

What operators ask before they apply.

What is a DRIVO Country Partnership?

It gives an approved local operator the opportunity to develop the DRIVO marketplace in a selected market, subject to territory availability and a formal partnership agreement.

Is the territory exclusive?

Yes. One approved partner per country, for the term of the agreement — it is a clause, not a slogan. What is not guaranteed is that your country is still open or that your application is approved: both are settled in the qualification, before anything is signed.

Which countries are available?

We evaluate markets individually, and availability changes as territories develop. Applicants receive the current position for their market from the DRIVO team.

How much does the partnership cost?

A monthly territory licence, published on this page: €1,397, €3,197 or €4,498 depending on how much of the work we do with you. No setup fee. The licence is separate from the revenue split — it is not deducted from your 90%, and it does not rise as you sign more agencies.

What do I actually earn?

You receive 90% of the platform revenue your territory generates — DRIVO keeps 10% for the platform, hosting, updates and support. What that comes to depends entirely on how many agencies you sign and what they generate, which is why the model on this page lets you put your own assumptions in rather than us printing a number for you.

Do I need experience in car rental?

Direct rental experience helps, but it is not the only factor. Business experience, local relationships, market knowledge and the ability to execute matter just as much.

Do I need an existing company?

An existing operating business can be an advantage. The right structure depends on the market and the partnership arrangement.

What does DRIVO provide?

The platform, the brand, the marketplace technology, the payment infrastructure and central technical and operational support needed to develop the market.

What am I responsible for?

Local market development: agency relationships, strategic partnerships, customer acquisition and day-to-day market execution.

How do we make money?

The commercial model is based on the DRIVO marketplace and is structured in the specific country partnership agreement. The economics are discussed with qualified applicants, not published.

How long does launch take?

It depends on market readiness, partner onboarding, operational setup and the agreed launch plan. The first-90-days section above shows the shape of the work.

Can an existing rental company apply?

Yes. Existing rental and mobility operators are often strong candidates, provided they want to develop the wider market rather than only their own fleet.

Can I operate more than one country?

Multi-market arrangements may be considered for qualified operators, depending on territory availability and performance in the first market.

Is this a franchise or a partnership?

The structure is agreed per market. Whichever form it takes, the substance is the same: DRIVO brings the platform and the brand, you bring local execution.

What happens after I apply?

Your application is read first. If there is a potential fit, the DRIVO team contacts you to discuss the market, your capabilities and the next step. Submitting an application does not reserve a territory.

Ready to explore the opportunity?

Your market. Your network. DRIVO infrastructure.

Tell us about yourself, your business and the market you want to develop.

Step 1 of 4

How do we reach you?

Four fields. We save them first, so a conversation can start even if you stop halfway.

Your application is used to assess a potential partnership and nothing else. It is not sold, shared with third parties, or added to a marketing list, and you can ask us to delete it at any time.

Applications are reviewed individually. Submitting one does not guarantee territory approval.

Selected markets

Your country could be the next DRIVO market.

We are selecting qualified partners to lead DRIVO’s expansion into new markets. If that is the market you know best, tell us about it.

Applications are reviewed individually. Territory availability is limited and subject to approval.
