Is there a monthly subscription fee for agencies?+
Every agency starts with a free 14-day trial. After the trial, DRIVO is €49/month plus a flat 10% commission on completed, paid bookings. There are no setup fees or hidden charges, and you keep 90% of every booking.
When do agencies receive their money?+
Renters pay by card through Stripe. Your share goes to your Stripe account when the renter pays, and Stripe pays it out to your bank on your payout schedule. You connect your bank once, in a few minutes.
What does the 10% commission cover?+
Platform hosting, payment processing (Stripe fees), customer support, fraud protection, and the cost of bringing customers to your listing.
Is there a booking fee for renters?+
Yes: a 8% service fee on the rental, shown as its own line before you pay. It keeps payments secure and support available. It is refunded in full if you cancel within the car’s free-cancellation window, or if the agency cancels.
Can the commission rate change?+
Founding Partners joining today are locked at 8% per booking for life. Outside the founding offer the rate is 10%. Any rate change would be communicated to partner agencies at least 30 days in advance.
Do I need a card to start?+
Not as a Founding Partner. No card is asked for until DRIVO bookings have earned you €1000, and we email you before anything begins. Outside the founding offer you add a card as your 14-day trial starts, and nothing is charged before it ends.
