Requests before you pay anything
While your vehicle is request-only, a renter can send a request with their card held. You see the dates and the amount you would receive. Make the vehicle bookable to accept and the renter is charged automatically; otherwise the hold is released.
Before your listing publishes, you confirm you carry valid insurance that permits renting out the vehicle. DRIVO does not sell or include insurance.

Does DRIVO take a cut of what I earn?+
No. You receive the rental price you set. Renters pay DRIVO's service fee on top of it at checkout.
What happens before my vehicle is bookable?+
Renters can send a booking request. Their card is held, not charged. You get an email with the dates and the amount you would receive. Make the vehicle bookable and the booking is confirmed and charged automatically; if you do not, the hold is released.
What about insurance?+
DRIVO sells no insurance. You are responsible for holding cover that permits renting out your vehicle, and you confirm this when you publish.
Can I list a caravan or campervan too?+
Yes. Motorhomes and campervans are drivable; caravans are towable. You can list any of the three, with the layout, berths and amenities that matter to renters.
How do I get paid?+
Connect payouts through Stripe once. Payouts need to be connected before you can make a vehicle bookable, so every booking can be paid out to you.
